zWhen [1394] is selected in Setup Menu No. 600 (VIDEO IN SEL), the time code input for the IEEE 1394 digital input/output connector is used. However, the VITC information is not superimposed on the video signal during EE mode and when recording. Furthermore, LTC information and VITC information are not superimposed on the HD serial output.
