Compensating the Exposure
Use this function when you cannot achieve appropriate exposure due to the difference in brightness between the subject and the background. Look at the following examples.
Under exposed
Compensate the exposure towards positive.
Properly exposed
Over exposed
Compensate the exposure towards negative.

•You can compensate from [j2 EV] to [i2 EV] in steps of [1/3 EV].
•Select [0] to return to the original exposure.
•[ ] and the selected exposure compensation value are displayed on
the Viewfinder.
