Sending Documents via Telephone Line Memory Transmission

Multi-Station Transmission (Broadcasting)

If you have to send the same document(s) to multiple stations, you can save time in feeding the document(s) by using memory transmission. That is, you can store the document(s) into memory and then send it to the station(s) automatically.

Set document(s) face down.

Dial by any combination of the following methods:

One-Touch Dialing

Abbreviated Dialing

ENTER STATION(S) THEN PRESS START 00%

Manual Number Dialing, press

SET

after each

station is entered (Up to 70 stations)

• Directory Search Dialing (Auto Dialer and the LDAP),

The document is stored into memory with a file number. Then starts dialing the telephone numbers in sequence.

2. The “Quick Memory Transmission” is disabled if multiple stations are set.
