Non-cartridge Disc Write Setting

Click on the “Non-cartridge Disc Write Setting” button in the window on page 79.

The following window appears.

Shows the setting for this drive for writing to non-cartridge discs.

To return to the first window.

To set the selected mode (saves the setting to the drive)

To prohibit writing to non-cartridge discs.

Discs will be treated as read only discs.

Enables writing to non-cartridge discs.

Discs will be treated as read-write discs.

Note:

Occasionally, the drive may not allow you to copy to a disc or reformat it. The following describes possible causes and solutions for when this occurs.
