Replacing the rubber packin g
• To maintain the waterproof ability, re place the rubber packing every two
years, regardless of whether it has gotten dirty.
If you use the camera frequently in a wet, sandy, or dusty environment, we
recommend replacing the packing every year .
The replacement will be performed by the Ricoh R epair Center on a
chargeable basis.
Precautions regarding ca re of your camera
1. Be sure to turn the power off.
2. Remove the batteries or AC adapter before caring for your camera.
