If you purchased your phone at a Sprint Store, it is probably activated, unlocked, and ready to use. If you received your phone in the mail, it probably has been activated; all you need to do is unlock it.
If your phone is not activated, please call Sprint Customer Service at
UnlockingYourPhone
Tounlockyourphone,followtheseeasysteps:
1. Press to turn the phone on.
2.Select Unlock (left softkey).
Note: To selecta softkey, press the key directly below the softkey text thatis displayed atthe bottom leftand bottom rightof your phone’s display screen. Softkey actions change according to the screen you’re viewing and will notbe displayed if there is no corresponding action available.
3.Enter your
