Accessing the Security Menu
Allof your phone’s security settings are available through the
Security menu. You mustenter your lock code to view the
Security menu.
To access the Security menu:
1. Select >Settings > Security.
2. Enter your lock code to display the Security menu.
Using Your Phone’sLock Feature

Locking Your Phone

When your phone is locked, you can only receive incoming
calls or make calls to 911, SprintCustomer Service, or special
numbers. (See “Using Special Numbers”on page 85.)
To lock your phone:
1. From the Security menu, selectLock Phone > Lock Now.
–or –
To setyour phone to lock the nexttime it is turned on,
selectOn Power-up.
2. SelectFull Lock or Exp.Incom.Calls.
nFull Lockto disable both outgoing and incoming
calls.
nExp. Incom.Callsto disable outgoing calls while
allowing incoming calls.
Tip: If you can’trecall your lock code, try using the lastfour digits
of either your Social Security number or phone number or try
0000 or NATL (6285). If none of these work, call Sprint
Customer Service at1-888-211-4727.
