Resetting Your Picture Mail Account

This option resets your authentication ID for your Sprint

Picture Mail account.

To resetyour Picture Mail account:

1. Select >Settings > Security,and then enter your lock

code. (The Security menu is displayed.)

2. SelectPicture Mail > Reset Pic. Mail.(A warning appears.)

3. Press OK(leftsoftkey) to continue.

4. If you are certain thatyou would like to reset your

Picture Mail account, selectYes .

Resetting and Locking Your PhoneThrough SMS

When your phone is lostor stolen, you can erase your

importantpersonal information (such as Contacts entries, call

history, and messages) and lock your phone by sending a

specially-formatted SMSmessage to your phone.

From your computer, sign on to www.sprint.com and send a

message to your phone (inputyour 10-digit wireless phone

number) in the following format:

\\RESET **<Passcode>** RESET

<Passcode> - your defined passcode.

The defaultpasscode is your phone’s 18-digitMEI D (Mobile

EquipmentIdentifier), which is written on the package or on

the phone itself. The locked phone will display the following

message: “If found, please call SprintCustomer Service

1-888-211-4727.”
