From your computer, sign on to www.sprint.com and send a message to your phone (input your 10-digit wireless phone number) in the following format:

\\ RESET **<Passcode>** RESET <Passcode> - your defined passcode.

The default passcode is your phone’s 18-digit MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier), which is written on the package or on the phone itself. The locked phone will display the following message: “If found, please call Sprint Customer Service 1-888-211-4727.”
