If the Web browser seems to be malfunctioning or stops responding, you can usually fix the problem by simply restarting the browser.

1.From an active Sprint Vision connection, press the right softkey to display the browser menu.
2.Select More... and press OK (left softkey).
3.Select RestartBrowser and press OK (left softkey).

2.Select More...>OK (left softkey) >Preferences>OK (left softkey).
