[Range]

[Description]	Sets or cancels upside-down character printing.
	•	Only the lowest bit of n is valid.
		When n = < * * * * * * * 1>B, upside-down character printing
		is set.
		When n = <* * * * * * * 0>B, upside-down character printing
		is canceled.
[Notes]	• The upside-down character specification rotates normal charac-
		ters on the line by 180° and prints them.
	• Valid only when input at the beginning of a line.
[Default]	n	= O
[Example]	When upside-down character									When upside-down
