Orange account and must be paid
along with your Orange charges.
9.3 Premiums may be varied at any time
but if your premium is increased you
may terminate this policy on not less
than 10 days’ notice (before your bill
date). If you do not give notice within
one month of notification of any
increase you will be taken to have
accepted the increase.
9.4 In the event that any tax payable on
premiums should be increased or any
new tax imposed then such increase or
new tax may be passed onto you.
9.5 Where phones share an Orange Group
Service Plan then Orange Care must be
purchased separately for each phone.
9.6 You may terminate Orange Care on or
after the minimum term by giving not
less than 10 days’ notice before a bill
date. As a concession, if you are also
terminating your Orange account then
you may terminate Orange Care within
the minimum term and it will not be
necessary for the notice to expire on
your bill date but in such event you will
not be entitled to a refund of any
premiums paid.
9.7 Orange may negotiate renewals of the
Insurance policy on your behalf and
may change Insurer and vary the terms
of the policy from time to time but if
your rights under the policy are
restricted or removed you may
terminate Orange Care on not less than
10 days’ notice (ending on an invoice
date). If you do not give notice within
one month of notification of any
changes you will be taken to have
accepted the changes.
10 Term and Payments - pay as you go
service plan
10.1 When you are connected to a pay as
you go Service Plan which requires
Orange Care to be purchased as an
optional extra the premium must be
paid in advance.
10.2 The policy only applies to approved and
branded Orange pay as you go phones
