Accepting a Specific Call for Your Colleague

You hear another telephone ring.

Press the key. The LED lights up.

Select and confirm1.

Enter the code.

The called station appears on the screen.

If several parties are called, a list of the called parties will be displayed (list display Æ Page 11).

Press these keys to select another party.

Confirm.

If you know the number of the telephone that is ringing, enter it directly.

Press the flashing key.
