Display Number of Waiting Calls and Overload Indication
You can show the number of external waiting calls on the display by pressing the "View number of calls" key
ÆPage 63.
Press the "Waiting calls" key.
If the number of waiting calls exceeds a preset limit while you are engaged in another call (overload), the LED on the key lights up. Contact your service person- nel to find out the waiting call limit.
•LED off:
No callers waiting.
•LED flashes slowly:
You have reached the programmed threshold.
•LED flashes rapidly:
You have exceeded the threshold value (overload).
Using Another Telephone Like Your Own for a Call
Other people can temporarily use your telephone for outgoing calls as though it were their own.
Press the key. The LED lights up.
Select and confirm1.
Enter the code.
Enter the other user’s station number.
Enter the other user’s telephone lock PIN Æ Page 80.
Users who have not yet selected a personal identifica- tion number are prompted to do so on their own tele- phones.
Dial the external number.
This state is canceled at the end of the call.
