Adjusting the image
lWhile adjustingthe projected imagesize, shapeand location, use the projector’sdefault
backgroundso that you can see the full projectedimage clearly. Don’t use other images, which
mightbe croppedor scaled by theprojector andcould result ina misleading projectedimage
size, shape andlocation.
lUse the mechanicaladjustments described in the installationdocument to make all physical
imageadjustments. Don’t use the projector’s on-screenmenu optionsduring the projector
alignmentprocess.
lBe awarethat as y outilt the projectorup or lower its mountingboom to raise the image, the
entireprojected imageincreases or decreasesin s ize, especially at the bottom of the projected
image.
lWhenadjusting keystone (tilt), ensure that the top andbottom edges of the image are
horizontalbeforey ouposition the left and right edges of the imagerelative to your interactive
whiteboard.
lWhenyou move the projector forwardor backward on the boomto make the image largeror
smaller,y oumight need to tilt or turn the projectors lightly to keep the imagesquare. Loosenthe
focus lever slightly to aid in this adjustment.
lTof ine-tunethe image, you might needto repeat all steps describedin the installation
documentin smaller increments.
