If the projector’simage is unstable or flickering, the frequency ortracking settings on your input
sourcecould be different from the settings on yourprojector.

1. Check the display mode of your computer’sgraphics card. Make sure it matches one of the
projector’scompatible signal formats (seeVideo format compatibility on page 27). Refert o
yourcomputer’s manualf ormore information.
2. Configurethe display mode of your computer’sgraphics card to make it compatible with the
projector.Refer to your computer’s manualfor more information.
3. Optionally, reset the projectoras described in Resetting the projectoron next page to adjust
thef requencyand tracking to their originalvalues.

This action resets all values to their defaults.
4. If the previous steps don’t resolve the flickering image,replace the projectorlamp (see
Replacingthe projector lampmodule on page33).

Alignmenterrors occur whenthe projected imageis n’t perpendiculart o the screen.A lignmenterrors
canocc urw henyou mount your interactive whiteboardsystem on an uneven surfaceor a wall t hat
hasobstructions, or if yous wivel the projectortoo far from the vertical center of your interactive
whiteboard.

such as next to a heavy door.Follow t heseprecautions to help preventthe image from becoming
unaligned:

thebracket is firmly securedt o thew all accordingto the installation instructions.
lMakes urethat the projection surface is flat and smooth.
