1. Wait approximately 45s econdsfor the image to synchronize. Some video signals requirea
longersynchronizationperiod.
2. Ensure that the imagesignal is compatible with the projector (seeVi deoformat compatibility
onpage 27).
3. If there are any extensioncables, s witch boxes, connection wall plates or otherdevices in the
videoconnection from the computerto t heprojector, temporarilyremove them to ensure they
arenot causing the video signal loss.
4. If your projectors till doesn’t show a source signal, contact your authorizedSMART reseller.
