Using your interactive pen
Youcan use the pen to interact with your computer andwrite in digital ink. The pen has a power
switch, a left-click buttonand status lights t o helpyou understandits status.

Interacting with yourcomputer

Thereare two interactive modes that you can select in theon-screendisplay (OSD)menu: Presenter
andWhiteboardmode. In Presenter mode, you can interactw ith your computerfrom a distance. In
Whiteboardmode, you interactw ith your computerby touching the pennib against the surface or by
pressingthe left-click buttonon the pen.
gTo interactwith your computer in Presenter mode
Pointt hepen at the projected imageand do any of the following:
lMovet hepointer by moving the pen.
lLeft-click by touching the pentip to t hes urface.
lLeft-click from a distance by pressingthe pen’s left-click button.
lRight-click by touching andholding the penagainst the surface for about two seconds.
gTo interactwith your computer in Whiteboard mode
Pointt hepen at the projected imageand do any of the following:
lLeft-click by touching the pentip to t hes urface.
lLeft click by pressingthe pen’s left-click button.
lRight-click by touching andholding the pento t hes urfacefor about two seconds.

Theoptical sensor in the tip of the interactive pen needs"t o see" the projectedimage. Ensure that
thepen’s optical sensor isn’t blocked and that the projectedimage isn’t blocked by objects creating
as hadowon the surface.
