1. Using the remote control,press the following buttons quickly to access the service menu:
Down,Up,Up,Left,Up.
2. Scroll to Factory Reset, and then press Enter onthe remote control.
3. Scroll to Exit, and thenpress Enter on the remotecontrol to exit theprojector service menu.

Yourprojector stops responding
If your projectorstops responding, performthe following procedure.
gTo restartan unresponsive projector
1. Put the projectorinto St andbymode, and thenw ait 30 minutesf orit to cool down.
2. Disconnect the power cablef romt hepower outlet, and then wait at least 60 seconds.
3. Connect the powercable, and then turn ont heprojector.
The “Projector Overheated,” “FanFailure” or “ColorW heelFailure”
messageappears
If the “ProjectorOverheated,”“Fan Failure”or “Color Wheel Failure”message appearsand the
projectorstops projecting animage, one of the following issues is occ urring:
lThetemperatureoutside the projector is too high.
lOneof the fans has failed.
lTheprojector has a color wheelis sue.
gTo resolvethe “Projector Overheated,” “FanFailure” or “Color Wheel Failure” error
1. Put the projectorinto St andbymode, and thenw ait 30 minutesf orit to cool down.
2. If your room is hot, lower the temperatureif possible.
3. Ensure that nothingis blocking the projector’s air intake andexhaust.
4. Disconnect the power cablef romt hepower outlet, and then wait at least 60 seconds.
