AT-Q MNP10 Fallback to V.22bis

The -Q command permits the modem to fallback from a V.34, V.32bis or V.32 connection with MNP10, to a V.22bis or V.22 MNP10 connection. MNP10 has the ability to make decisions regarding line quality and will request a change in speeds if it decides the phone line is not sufficient quality to maintain the current connection speed.
