ATO Return to On-line State
The O command enables you to return to
☞The O command must be the last command on the command line. If you have established a connection at greater than 1200bps and are encountering a large number of data errors in your communications, use the ATO1 command to go on line and force an equaliser retrain. (An equaliser retrain conditions the phone line frequencies to reduce the levels of interference and improve data transmission.)
☞Retrains cannot overcome noise on the line.
