5.Disconnect the keyboard cable from the connector CN3230 on the system board and remove the keyboard.

Installing the keyboard

The following describes the procedure for installing the keyboard (See Figure 4-12 and 4-13).

1.Place the keyboard on the palm rest with its face down. Connect the keyboard cable to the connector CN3230 on the system board.

2.Turn the keyboard face up and put it on the computer while engaging the latches. Make sure that latches of the under side are put in the holes and there is no space between the keyboard and the computer.

3.Secure the keyboard with the following screws.

4. Set the keyboard holder and press it to latch.
