4 Replacement Procedures

Removing the system board

The following describes the procedure for removing the system board (See Figure 4-42 and 4-43).

1.Peel off the glass tape and disconnect the left LED cable from the connector CN9700 on the system board.

2.Disconnect the left speaker cable, right speaker cable, 2nd HDD cable, Jack board cable, DC-IN jack cable, right LED cable and USB cable from the connector CN6171, CN6170, CN1920, CN4631, CN8800, CN9701 and CN4630 on the system board.

Right LED cable (Connected to CN9701)
