Troubleshooting

Color Balance

The printer automatically rebalances the color when printer consumables are replaced, or when changes in environmental conditions occur. To performance this manually one time, use the following procedure.

To adjust the color balance for the printer:

1.On the control panel, press the Menu button.

2.Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow button to select Admin Menu, then press the OK button.

3.Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow button to select Maintenance, then press OK.

4.Press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow button to select Drum Refresh, then press OK.

5.At the Are you sure? prompt, press OK.

The process runs automatically. Wait about three minutes for the process to complete and the printer to return to Ready.
