Sending Documents

Using the SEARCH Key

If you do not remember the Rapid key or Speed Dial number in which you have stored a particular fax number, you can search for the number by following the steps below:

1 Press the SPEED/SEARCH key twice.

2 Enter the first letter of the stored name by pressing the appropriate number key (the key below the marked letter) until the letter appears in the display. If the name begins with a special character or number, press “1”.

3 Press the left and right arrow (

4 Press the FAX START key. The document will be automatically transmitted once the connection is made.

Redialing

You can send a fax to the number you last dialed by pressing the REDIAL/PAUSE key, followed by the FAX START key or Rapid key 20/POLL.
