Migrating the user accounts from multiple instances

If you are previewing the user migration from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server that uses multiple instances, you must use the same definitions for the new BlackBerry Enterprise Server that the setup program uses when it consolidates the instances. You must specify the primary instance as the <new server> name and if you are previewing the user migration from the primary instance, the <old server> and <new server> names must be the same.
