■Three Heart Rate Control (H.R.C.) Programs
These programs enable you to workout in three different heart rate zones: 60% to 70% of maximum heart rate,
70% to 80% of maximum heart rate, and 80% to 90% of maximum heart rate. The zones are calculated based upon your age and the percent of maximum heart rate you select to exercise in.
Please note: You must either use the chest strap or grip the heart rate sensor pods located on the handlebars in order for the computer to read your pulse and for the Heart Rate Control programs to work effectively.
