Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.

6)Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.

Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to con- trol.

7)Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the par- ticular type of power tool, taking into account the working con- ditions and the work to be per- formed.

Use of the power tool for opera- tions different from those intended could result in a hazardous situa- tion.

Battery Tool Use and Care

1)Ensure the switch is in the off position before inserting battery pack.

Inserting battery pack into pow- er tools that have the switch on in- vites accidents.

2)Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.

A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

3)Use power tools only with spe- cifically designated battery packs.

Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.

4)When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or oth- er small metal objects that can make a connection from one ter- minal to another.

Shorting the battery terminals to- gether may cause burns, or a fire.

5)Under abusive conditions, liq- uid may be ejected from battery; avoid contact. If contact acci- dentally occurs, flush with wa- ter. If liquid contacts eyes, addi- tionally seek medical help.

Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

Service

1)Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of power tool is maintained.

Safety instructions for all operations

Safety warning common for Grinding or Abrasive Cutting-off operations:

1)This power tool is intended to function as a grinder, or cut-off tool. Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with this power tool. Failure to follow all in- structions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or seri- ous injury.

2)Operations such as sanding, wire brushing, polishing are not recommended to be performed with this power tool. Operations for which the power tool was not designed may create a hazard and cause per-sonal injury.

3)Do not use accessories which are not specifically designed and recommended by the tool manu- facturer. Just because the acces- sory can be attached to your power tool, it does not assure safe opera- tion.

4)The rated speed of the accesso- ry must be at least equal to the maximum speed marked on the power tool. Accessories running faster than their RATED SPEED can break and fly apart.

5)The outside diameter and the thickness of your accessory must be within the capacity rat-
