POTS>Ringers

The Ringers function measures the capacitance associated with one or more ringer circuits on the line. One old style mechanical ringer has a capacitance of 0.47 µF. Newer phones have electronic ringers that have much lower capacitance than 0.47 µF

POTS>Ringers>Operation

1.Press the blue key to enter the POTS menu. Use the up and down arrow keys to select Ringers.

2. Press OK to start the measurement.
