asic-scan pse ingress quick-scan
To run a quick ASIC scan on a specific file or on all bits of the chip located on a specific packet switching
engine (PSE) device, use the asic-scan pse ingress quick-scan command in EXEC mode.
asic-scan pse ingress quick-scan {filename | allscan} location node-id

Usage Guidelines To use this command, you must be in a user group associated with a task group that includes the proper
task IDs. For detailed information about user groups and task IDs, see the Configuring AAA Services on
Cisco IOS XR Software module of the Cisco IOS XR System Security Configuration Guide.
Note This command should be used only with Cisco support supervision. Incorrect usage of this
command can accidentally remove the relevant card from service.
Task ID
filename Name of the .xsvf file on which to run the quick ASIC scan
allscan Performs a quick ASIC scan on all bits of the chip, including
the preread for Metro.
location node-id Identifies the location of the node hosting the ingress PSE on
which to run the ASIC scan. The node-id is expressed in the
rack/slot/module notation.
Note Use the show platform command to see the location
of all nodes installed in the router.
