Connections and Setup
Connecting to the Remote TVs (TV1 or TV2)
CH 3-4 Out
Use these instructions if you’d like to connect your receiver to an SD television.
1Connect a coaxial cable from the CH
2Place the white CH
3Plug in the power cord for the receiver.
4Turn on the receiver with the front panel power button and make sure the TV1 indicator is lit.
5Turn on the nearby TV.
6Tune the TV to channel 3. Confirm that you are getting a picture from the receiver.
7If you do not see the Point Dish screen, tune the TV to channel 4.
Note: If you want to change the channel that the CH
8Place one of the channel stickers (3 or 4) near or on your TV. The stickers are located in the inside front cover of this guide.

If you’re using TV1 in a room away from the receiver, be sure to order the replacement remote control that uses UHF Pro signals instead of IR. Call your DISH Network retailer or go to www.dishnetwork.com, select Products and Services, and then click on Accessories.
