Function	Description	Ranges/Options	Keys
PROBE-#	Probe ID number with the	1 - 16	N or O - indicates the previous or
	corresponding probe		the next number.

DEL-VEL	Material velocity in the probe	1000 - 9999 m/s	N - decrement
	delay line.	preallocated for probe nos.	O - increment
		1-13

X-DIAM	Diameter of probe element. If	3 - 35 mm Probe nos. 1-13	N - decrement
	the probe element is	are preallocated	O - increment
	rectangular, enter the diameter
	of a round probe that has the
	same near-field length.
