X-FREQU	Frequency of the probe element	0.5 - 10 MHz for probe	N - decrement
		nos. 1 - 13 are	O - increment
		preallocated
REF-ECHO	Type of the reference reflector	DSR - (disk-shaped	N or O - indicates the required

		SDH - (side-drilled hole)
		BW - (backwall)
REF-SIZE	Diameter of the reference reflector	INFINITE 0.5 - 35 mm	N - decrement
