3 Initialisation

3.2.2. Power up of ESCORT 3008B

Power-up of the recorder ESCORT 3008B is proceeded from the rear side of the appliance with the On/Off switch to the side marked "I".

A LED marked "ON" on the front side on the keyboard will confirm the power-up of the appliance.

After initialisation of the internal software, the recorder will display an introducing window with:

-the version of the software:	Version x.y
-the number of channels:	6 ,12, 18 or more

then enters automatically the DISPLAY mode (oscilloscope).
