The USP 507 Menu System

The USP 507 can be configured using the menu system, via the Extron Simple Instruction Set (SIS) of commands through an RS-232 or LAN connected PC, or via the Extron software program, SPPCP.

NFor SIS commands and SPPCP configuration methods see chapters 4 and 5.

There are seven front panel configuration menus: User Presets, Input Configuration, Output Configuration, Image Capture/Recall, Advanced Configuration, and View Comm Settings. A hidden menu (Edit Comm Settings) is also accessible. If an optional Scan Converter board is installed, an eighth menu (scan converter menu) is available.
