Inserting the SIM card

Your Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card contains account information such as your phone number and voicemail access number. To use the phone, email, or web features of your Treo, you need to insert the SIM card. If a SIM card did not come with your Treo, your mobile service provider will give you one when you subscribe. If you have an older, 5-volt SIM card, you should request a newer, 3-volt SIM. This Treo is not compatible with older 5-volt SIM cards.
