3) Reset Pumps

If one of your heat pumps has tripped off, it can be manually reset from the following screen. You will have entered the Unit ID to access the WHP Menu screen, so that is the unit that will receive this reset command. If you don’t want to send the command, select the Disabled message with the arrow keys. If you do want to send the command, select the Enabled message with the arrow keys and then press the Enter button. This command will automatically clear itself when the WHP detects it and performs the reset.
There are two methods of resetting:
1.Relay #4, on the WHP will activate with the reset command and can be wired to provide the reset action.
2.The compressor relay will be cycled off. On newer heat pumps, this is all that is required to reset the operation.
