Document Options group box

The Document Options group box contains the following controls.

•Correct order for rear bin check box

•Print on Both Sides (manually) check box

•Flip Pages Up option

•Booklet Layout drop-down menu

•Pages Per Sheet spin box

•Print Page Borders check box

•Page Order drop-down menu

Correct Order for Rear Bin

Use this feature when the product has been adjusted to send print jobs to the face-up output bin rather than the default output bin. The setting reverses the order of pages during this process to maintain proper page sequence. See the User Guide or the User Reference Guide for the HP Color LaserJet 3500 for additional settings that may need to be made on the product.

Print on Both Sides (manually)

When you select this option, all documents are printed on both sides manually when the Correct Order for Rear Bin check box is selected. Some media types, such as labels and transparencies, should not be printed on both sides.
