Double-click the status icon to start Device Status and Alerts. The Device Status and Alerts Tab with the Set up Status Alerts option selected is shown in the following illustration.

Set up Status and Alerts

The Set up Status and Alerts option allows automatic notification of printer status to an email address, a mobile device or a web address. This option lets you activate the alarm feature and set conditions for its use.
