Restores To perform a system restore, select the type of restore to perform (Local Disk or FTP) and click the Next >> button.
Restore from Local Disk
To perform a restore from a file on a local disk, click the Browse button to find the backup file. If you are restoring from an email backup, you must save the email attachment to the local disk first before performing the restore.
Click Next >> to continue. When the file has been successfully uploaded, confirm the items to restore, and click Restore now.
