This step loads the Standalone Diagnostics. If you are unable to tics, go to “Step 7.”

1. Turn the power on.

2. Insert the diagnostic CD-ROM disc into the CD-ROM drive.

3. When	the keyboard	indicator	appears, press F5	on the direct	a

5. Follow instructions to select a console.

Did the	Diagnostics		Operating	Instructions display without any obvious display
problem?
NO	Go	to	“Step	7.”
YES	Go	to	“Step	9.”
