Ÿ Off during standby with the tray loaded or unloaded

Ÿ Blinks from insertion of the tray to completion of initialization

Ÿ Blinks slowly when disc is dusty

Ÿ Blinks fast when in the audio mode

Ÿ Lights during data transfer operations

ŸLights steady when:

– No disc is in the tray

– The disc is in the tray upside down

Some condition exists that should be checked. If this occurs service representative.
