As soon as a logical printer other than PR0 is involved, the requester must now keep track of three steps, even though it might not use all three of them.

Figure 11. shows a job sent off with a service configured to use

alogical printer which uses pre-and post-processing, but no substitution strings. For this example, we assume that the logi- cal printer involved is PR5 (as shown in the examples listed in Figure 8.).
