Routing a document from a public user box/personal user box
Note
If the “Manual Destination Input” parameter on the Security Details screen (displayed by touching [Security Setting] on the Administrator Setting screen) is set to “Restrict”, [LDAP Search] does not appear.
Searching for a destination
Follow the procedure described below to search for the desired destination.
-Detail Search
Type in the name of the destination or part of the address to search for the corresponding address.
-LDAP Search
Search the addresses registered in the LDAP server for the address that corresponds to the conditions.
To perform a basic search, type in the search text. To search with multi- ple conditions, perform an advanced search.
