3.3Changing the document name

To change the document name

The name of the saved document can be changed.

1 Select the document to be renamed.

2 Touch [Edit Name].

3 The current name appears beside “Document Name”. Type in the new name.

4 Touch [OK].

Note

The document name is the name of the file sent by e-mail or to an FTP or SMB server. Specify a document name according to the routing condi- tions of the destination server.

The document name can also be changed when the document is sent.
