5 Routing a document from a system user box

5.1 Editing document data

From the Route tab, document data can be edited in addition to being rout-

ed.

Detail

For details on creating annotation user boxes and saving documents in

them, refer to the User’s Guide [Network Scanner Operations].

Function Description

Delete Data that has already been sent or is no longer needed can be

deleted.

For details, refer to “Deleting document data” on page3-5.

Edit Name The name of the saved document can be changed.

For details, refer to “Changing the document name” on

page3-6.
