3.5 Copying document data

Note

A document cannot be copied if multiple documents are selected.

To copy a document

Document data currently saved in a box can be copied to a different public

user box/personal user box.

1Select the document to be copied.

2Touch [Move/Copy].

3Under “Action”, touch [Copy].
