3.Disconnect the signal cable and the power cable from the rear of the optical drive.

4.Press the optical drive lock
1 and slide the optical drive out the rear of the drive bay assembly.

5.Remove the optical drive retainer from the old optical drive and then install it on the left side of the new optical drive.
