4Click Save Settings after you finish customizing the settings. To change settings back to the factory default settings, click Factory Defaults. To load your saved settings, click Revert to Saved.
5Close the Fax Setup Utility.

To set up fax forwarding:
1From the Finder desktop,
2Double-click the Lexmark 5000 Series Fax Setup Utility icon.
3From the Fax Setup Utility dialog, click the Receive tab.
4From the Forward Faxes
5In the Forward Destination Number field, enter the number to which you want to forward the fax. Note: A fax number can include up to 64 numbers, commas, periods, and/or these symbols: * # + - ( ).
6Click Save Settings.
