Clearing jams

Clearing a jam in the standard tray (Tray 1)

If the media did not feed correctly from the standard tray, the jam is in the tray. The operator panel indicates a 241.xx Paper Jam.

1Open the standard tray.

2Pull the jammed media out.

3Insert the tray.

If the media fed from the tray and jammed just beyond tray 1, the operator panel indicates a 200.xx Paper Jam.
