FIELD CAPACITOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT

Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel. DESCRIPTION
The following procedure will aid the technician in accessing and removing the field capacitor for maintenance or replacement.
MATERIALS NEEDED
5/16” Nut driver 5/16” Wrench
Jumper wire with alligator clips on each end for discharging the field capacitor Slot head screw driver
